Back ground: study was conducted to determine the frequency of plantar fasciitis among three different universities students due improper shoes. It cross-sectional study. Plantar is inflammation fascia; fascia a thick connective tissue that forms medial arch foot. Improper shoes cause constant pressure and irritation on leads inflammation. When someone wears shoes, pronation activity foot decreased it can lead fasciitis. Objective: The objective students. Material Methods: Study data collected from university Data by using questionnaire applying statistical procedures results were concluded. Results: There following in this as, 35.5% participants without pain, 45% with mild 16% moderate pain 3.6% severe pain. 84% single etiology, 13% multiple etiology 3% nerve entrapment. 31 no 49 11 2 between ages 20-25 years.
